ShiftLoq is intentionally simple: smart locker hardware and the software that runs it ship together. You don't stitch them yourself.
01Install & power on
Position the locker bank where shifts start. Plug into power and network. The management console is up the moment the unit boots — no integration project required to begin.
02Provision devices to bays
Assign each device to a bay (or let the system auto-assign on first dock). Configure access by individual, role, or shift group.
03Issue & return on the floor
Staff authenticate at the bay with PIN, RFID, or badge. The right door unlocks, the device is checked out to them, and the transaction is logged. Returns are just as fast — dock the device and walk away.
04Track, report, improve
Operations and IT see who has what in real time, what's overdue, and where utilization is high or low. Audit trails support investigations and asset reviews.
